Mark Van Straten - Managing Director
Mark started Voyana (then Globe Corporate Travel) over 20 years ago and has since been at the forefront of the UK retail cruise industry. Widely acknowledged as one of the pioneers of packaging cruise holidays, Mark now spends his time creating and implementing new ideas.
Mark Feldman - Cruise Division
Mark has just returned from travelling around the world, however he is one of our most experienced sales consultants. Highly knowledgable, and exceptionally helpful, Mark always looks to provide a holiday which will exceed your expectations.
Sandra Brown - Cruise Division
A twinkle-toed member of our team, Sandra enjoys a twirl around the dance floor especially when she is on board one of her favourite cruise ships. Sandra has been instrumental in organising numerous dance themed cruises. Her friendly style makes her a very popular member of our sales team.
Helen Kiddle - Cruise Division
Helen is one of the more active members of our sales team; as well as her passion for cruising, she loves dancing and has organised and accompanied a number of dance cruises which have included several with a 'Jive' and 'Salsa' theme! Helen prides herself on her professional, friendly approach and enjoys nothing better than finding exactly the right cruise for her clients.
Gary Jenkins - Cruise Division
Gary's cruise experience is so extensive that it's hard to sum up in such a small space. He has so far had the pleasure of cruising 51 times, including the QM2, P&O Oriana & Aurora, Sun Princess, Costa Victoria and several Royal Caribbean ships, to name a few. He grew up in Singapore, and started working in the travel industry in 1979, with over 25 years specialising in cruising.
Janice Collin - Cruise Division
Janice is our resident Mediterranean Specialist, with over 25 years of travel industry experience. Friendly and affable and highly knowledgable Janice is keen to advise you and guide you through the holiday booking process. Her expertise in the Mediterranean has made her an invaluable member of the Voyana team.
Jan Holt - Administration Manager
Jan has worked for Voyana for over 16 years, and as one of the originating members of staff, is an integral part of the Voyana admin team. Jan's huge knowledge base, amiable personality and a wealth of travel makes her an invaluable asset to the company.
Joanne Rigby - Aviation & Administration
Joanne has many years of experience in the travel industry, and is a keen traveller herself. Her knowledge is unrivalled, and she is more than happy to help any customer, to ensure they have the best possible experience. Always smiling, often laughing, and is the epitome of the heart and soul of Voyana.
Tina Chauhan - Administration
Tina has worked for Voyana for over 13 years, and like the rest of our administration team has expert knowledge and experience in abundance. Tina is very efficient and business-like, with a real "can do" attitude, and is a key member of the Administration team.
Ros van Straten - Administration
Ros has been involved in the business for over 24 years - working alongside Jan, Jo and Tina in the Administration department, collecting payments and balances, and helping with customer queries. Having cruised many times, her knowledge has been invaluable to many clients.

Naomi is our resident Israel specialist. She has been working in the industry for many years, and has built up a special relationship with all of her customers, who return to her year after year.
