Artemis

About the Artemis

Child-free Artemis is the smallest ship in our fleet. This means she offers a very unique style of cruising. Everything is scaled down, creating an intimate feel on board. Perfect if you prefer a quieter holiday. Her size also means she can visit more unusual ports of call. Making her a good choice for the well travelled.

After her recent refit, Artemis is even more inviting. Many of her most popular venues have a stylish new look. By day, you can play cards in Trumps, shop in Mayfair or relax by her Crystal Pool. By night, there are fantastic shows in the Festival Theatre, soloists in the International Lounge and dancing in Starlights.

You can experience many of the great British cruising traditions on Artemis. Afternoon Tea. Shuffleboard. Formal evenings. Giving your holiday a real sense of occasion. All her cabins offer a comfortable and stylish place to relax. And all enjoy ocean views.

Activities

By day, if you are not relaxing on Artemis’ ample decks or swimming in one of her dazzling pools, you can join in traditional cruise pastimes. Join in deck games, improve your dancing or simply take it easy in Trumps, the dedicated card room.

You may well find that new insights come not only from the places you visit and the rich cultures you explore. On board you will find the New Horizons daytime activities programme is an innovative way to enrich your time afloat. Designed to add another dimension to your holiday, New Horizons consists of a number of classes, workshops, demonstrations and talks led by experts and guest speakers.

Entertainment

With Artemis’ selection of lounges, each with its own inimitable ambience, evenings on board can be wonderfully varied. You can join in the nightly quiz in The Horizon Lounge. There’s the 612 seat International Lounge where you can catch a show, comedian or soloist. The Festival Theatre; the place to watch the latest film releases. And the delightfully intimate surroundings of Starlights. A lounge with a difference, here you’ll find late night cabaret, classical concerts, dancing and much more.

Later you might head along to Artemis’ casino to play roulette and blackjack, or try your luck on the slot machines. Enjoy a romantic late night stroll on deck. Or savour a nightcap and good company in the Horizon Lounge.

Dining

Leisurely days on Artemis are complemented by the fabulous cuisine served on board. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, her chefs tempt you with an assortment of delights daily. You might start the day overlooking a sparkling ocean on your own balcony, whilst savouring a steaming hot coffee and continental breakfast, delivered by your friendly cabin steward. Alternatively, you can opt for the attentive service of the Coral Dining Room for a full English breakfast. Or choose the informal setting of The Conservatory, which offers anything from a cooked breakfast, to fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, compotes and juices.

Later you can relax over a mid-morning coffee in Tiffany’s. And on certain days you might favour a leisurely lunchtime meal in the Coral Dining Room, enjoying a three-course menu. Whilst other days, the varied selection of buffet fare and hot dishes in The Conservatory might beckon.
